Inheritance and Innovation of Guizhou Arts and Crafts in Modern Tourism Products: A Case Study of Miao Silver Ornaments in Southeast Guizhou

Abstract


This paper takes the Miao silver ornaments, a part of the intangible cultural heritage of the Miao ethnic group in Southeast Guizhou, China, as an example to explore the survival mode and development environment of Miao silver ornaments in contemporary 21st-century tourism cultural products. It aims to study the path of development, inheritance, and innovation, providing a current analysis of the intrinsic culture of tourism commodities. It addresses both the core issue of how to inherit the intangible cultural heritage of Miao silver ornaments in Southeast Guizhou and the concept of continuous development through innovation.
