A Study on the Ideological and Political Team Construction of College Foreign Language Courses

Abstract


According to the current situation of ideological and political team construction of foreign language courses in regional colleges and universities, this paper proposes that the large team leads the small team, strengthens the communication and cooperation among teachers, organizes the training lectures of various quality courses, online open courses and blended curriculum reformation course chain, builds the online and offline communication platform of ideological and political courses, and regularly carries out relevant teaching and research activities through the construction of ideological and political team construction in the course. To realize the sharing of high-quality resources, accelerate the establishment of a team of foreign language teachers who can implement ideology and politics education in teaching practice, and comprehensively promote the professional development of front-line teachers in the context ideology and politics education.
