Financing Globalization of Private Company : Study on International Entrepreneurship in Zhejiang

Abstract


Globalization is the inevitable trend of the economy and the only way of the development of enterprises. Especially after China entering into WTO, domestic market open to the outside and oversea enterprises running their business in our country, Chinese enterprises are facing more and more intense competition nowadays. The challenge on financing of Chinese private enterprises is much more outstanding and financing globally is the best choice for them to develop and walk into the international stage. This paper argues the solutions and suggestion on international financing that are suitable for Chinese private enterprises on basis of the analysis of Chinese private enterprises’ status in quo and the possibility of financing globally. This paper will provide some beneficial ideas for Chinese private entrepreneurs

Résumé L’internationalisation est la seule voie à suivre par l’entreprise pour exister et développer. Notamment depuis l’adhésion à l’OMC, avec l’ouverture du marché domestique et l’implantation successive des entreprises étrangères, les entreprises chinoises font face à un environnement de concurrence de plus en plus acharnée. Les entreprises privée confrontent un défi beaucoup plus évident, pour elles, la voie de l’internationalisation du capital est déja devenue leur unique choix. Cet essai, par l’analyse de la situation présente des entreprises privées, la feasibilité de l’internationalisation anisi que le modèle du Zhejiang, met en avant des voies de l’internationalisation du capital adaptées aux entreprises privées et des conseils qui servent de référence pour les entrepreneurs privés.

摘要 全球化,走國際化道路是企業生存、發展的必由之路。特別是加入世界貿易組織後,國內市場的開放,外國企業的爭先進入,中國的企業面臨著越來越激烈的競爭環境。融資困難的中國的民營企業所面臨的挑戰更加突出,走資本國際化道路已經成為他們獲得廣闊發展並走向國際舞臺的不二選擇。本文從中國民營企 業的生存現狀分析、走資本國際化的道路的可行性分析和浙江模式的探究提出適合民營企業國際創業的資本國際化途徑和建議,為中國的民營企業家提供有益的參考。
