Study on Dual-Tutor System of Postgraduates

Abstract


Due to the expansion of postgraduate enrollment scale in recent years, the traditional single-tutor system has been unable to meet the needs of higher education and social development. In order to ensure the quality of graduate education and cultivate high-tech talents with innovation ability, dual-tutor system of postgraduates arises at the critical moment. This article mainly introduces the connotation of dual-tutor system, its practical significance and value, and the important principles to be obeyed in the process of implementation.
