A Study on the “Family System” Problem in Private Enterprises

Abstract


There are family enterprises everywhere in the world. In China, more than 80% of the enterprises run by private citizens take the family color because of the unique charm of the family enterprises---the powerful cohesiveness , the quickness in response, the low cost in mental contract. But after the initial success in competition, how to expand the business seems to be an insurmountable obstacle because of the different challenges and uncertainties. Then how to overcome this problem? The only way is to reform the system of family enterprises and introduce the system of the modern enterprises. Key words: Family enterprise, family system, organizational change Résumé : Les entreprises familiales existent partout dans le monde entier .En Chine , plus de 80% des entreprises privée ont des couleurs familiales , c’est parceque les entreprises familiales ont la charme unique , c’est à dire , la puissance de solidarité , la rapidité de réaction , le coût réduit du contract mental etc . Après les premiers succès dans les concurrences du marché , ensuite il faut bien sûr prendre en considération l’expansion et le développement de l’entreprise .Et puis , c’est pourtant un obstacle insurmontable en raison de diverses perplexités et défis . Comment résoudre ce problème ? La seule solution est de réformer le système de l’entreprise familiale , appliquer le système moderne de l’entreprise. Mots-clés: entreprise familiale , système familial , transformation de l’organisation 摘要:家族企業在世界各地普遍存在,中國民營企業 80%以上帶有家族色彩,是因為家族企業有著特有的魅力。具有凝聚力強,反應迅速,心理契約成本低等優勢。但當企業起步爭得一席之地後,接下來要考慮的當然是如何進一步發展壯大。然而,這卻常常是一道難以逾越的坎,因為這裏面臨著種種困惑和挑戰。如何才能克服家族企業的發展瓶頸,把企業做大、做強?唯一的辦法就是改造家族企業體制,推行現代企業制度。 關鍵詞:家族創業;家族制;組織變革
