Di Zi Gui or Standards for Being a Good Student and Child, a book in the Qing Dynasty, is one of the classical works that represents the Chinese traditional social ethics code and conduct requirements. Its connotation is identical with the moral demands of the core socialist values, “patriotism, dedication, integrity, friendship”, and become an important traditional culture source of the core socialist values.
