Author Guidelines

1. The author can submit papers through e-mail or directly through our website.

If an author wants to submit papers online, he or she needs to register on the homepage, and then log in as a user. The authors can click the submission link under the journal to start their submission. There are five steps with detailed guidelines. After completing submission, the author would receive a confirming email.

After finishing register, please go back to HOME (website) . You could choose the journal you are interested in to register by another email addresses or email to us: caooc@htotmail.com.

3. If you want to get New issue published email notifications of other journals, please click here . Please choose the journals you are interested in on the right side of New issue published email notifications, then click “Save”.

4. Overview of the Contributions：
a. Language
Management Science and Engineering and Advances in Natural Science collect articles written in English only, while Canadian Social Science in English and French, and Cross-Cultural Communication in English, French, Russian and Japan for each issue. All the articles should include a title, an abstract and a summary written in English. (If you need us to translate your articles, please contact us.)
b. Format
Manuscripts should be presented in the following order:
(i) title
(ii) abstract and keywords
(iii) text
(iv) acknowledgements
(v) references
(vi) appendices
(vii) figure legends
(viii) tables (each table complete with title and footnotes)
(ix) figures.
Footnotes to the text are not allowed and any such material should be incorporated into the text as parenthetical matter.

Submission Preparation Checklist

As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission's compliance with all of the following items, and submissions may be returned to authors that do not adhere to these guidelines.

1. The submission file is in Microsoft Word, RTF, or WordPerfect document file format.
2. The text employs 1.5 line spacing throughout; uses a 11-point Arial or Helvetica font; employs italics, rather than underlining (except with URL addresses); and all illustrations, figures, and tables are placed within the text at the appropriate points, rather than at the end.

Copyright Notice

The authors agree that:

1. Authors of reports of original research should present an accurate account of the work performed as well as an objective discussion of its significance.
2. The authors should ensure that they have written entirely original works, and if the authors have used the work and/or words of others that this has been appropriately cited or quoted.
3. An author should not in general publish manuscripts describing essentially the same research in more than one journal or primary publication. Submitting the same manuscript to more than one journal concurrently constitutes unethical publishing behavior and is unacceptable.
4. Authorship should be limited to those who have made a significant contribution to the conception, design, execution, or interpretation of the reported study. All those who have made significant contributions should be listed as co-authors. Where there are others who have participated in certain substantive aspects of the research project, they should be acknowledged or listed as contributors.
5. When an author discovers a significant error or inaccuracy in his/her own published work, it is the author’s obligation to promptly notify the journal editor or publisher and cooperate with the editor to retract or correct the paper. If the editor or the publisher learns from a third party that a published work contains a significant error, it is the obligation of the author to promptly retract or correct the paper or provide evidence to the editor of the correctness of the original paper.
6. The author assigns, conveys, and otherwise transfers all rights, title, interest, and copyright ownership in this “Work” to our journal when the "Work" is accepted for publication. "Work” means the material submitted for publication plus any other related material submitted.
7. The assignment of rights to our journal includes but is not expressly limited to rights to edit, publish, reproduce, distribute copies, prepare derivative works, include in indexes or search databases in print, electronic, or other media, whether or not in use at the time of execution of this agreement, and claim copyright in said work throughout the world for the full duration of the copyright and any renewals or extensions thereof.
8. If the authors cannot obey the previous terms and cause legal problems, the authors will take the full responsibilities.

Privacy Statement

By personal data we mean (a) the details you provide us via our forms, e.g. your e-mail address, all ordering and billing information, such as postal addresses and payment details, and (b) all data captured in authentication and tracking logs. By using our site and by registering for any of our services or products, you accept that such personal data will be gathered and stored in our databases.
We will maintain appropriate safeguards to ensure the security, integrity and privacy of your personal data. We do not share personal data with other companies for marketing or similar purposes.
How Is Personal Data Used?
This data will be used by CSCanada to provide you with the services and products you have ordered. We may also occasionally use it to inform you of new services and products related to those you have ordered and of changes and activities within CSCanada.
Authentication and tracking logs will be used to produce usage statistics. This information does not contain any personally identifiable information. CSCanada reserves the right to have logs and databases analyzed by external service providers, in which case every effort will be made to protect the security, integrity and privacy of the data.
Please note that we take no responsibility for personal data posted on any open forums or message boards.

Author Fees

This journal charges the following author fees.

Authors fee: 150.00 (USD)
Our journal charges the authors only Article Publication Fee, 150.00 (USD) for one article published.
The fee will be waived for invited publications, authors from economically disadvantaged countries, and any individuals not currently employed by an institution that can pay the publication fees. In addition, if you do not have funds to pay such fees, you will have an opportunity to have the publication fee waived. We do not want fees to prevent the publication of worthy work.
If you have a credit card or PayPal account, we strongly suggest you to pay the fee through PayPal, our payment processor. PayPal enables users to use all major credit cards, whether or not they are PayPal members.

As for the publication fees, 60% of the articles are free, on the basis of assessment results given by our review team (Double-blind peer review). An article classified into an excellent one will be published with no charge, otherwise not. If you do not have funds to pay such fees, you will have an opportunity to waive each fee. We do not want fees to prevent the publication of worthy work.
