Reflective Teaching-- an Effective Path for EFL Teacher’s Professional Development

Abstract


This article addresses the need to implement reflective inquiry in classroom settings and ways to improve the teaching and learning of English through on-going reflection, it also points out that experience coupled with reflection can be a powerful impetus for teacher’s professional development.
