Enterprise confronted with the case now in which demand market is weakening, production capacity is comparatively ample, abundant of workers are out of work. How to should do? The author recommend that enterprise may carry out theory of defend and thrust strategy, firstly enterprise should protect financial fundamental and capital flow to survive. Next, putting to effect to innovation and in order that enterprise grabs market opportunity to develop, and so help enterprise effectively to boost.
