A Tentative Study on the Semi-reorganization Experiments in the System Conversion Process of State-owned Corporations

Abstract


This article talks about the functions of semi-reorganization in the system conversion process of state-owned corporations and its implementation preconditions. Further discussions are made on relative financial accounting methods.
